ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 67 dated 21.04.2017 registered under Section 15 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Aadampur, District Jalandhar Rural. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Chanchal Singh, submits that only one witness remain to be examined before the trial Court and the next date fixed before the trial Court is 07.02.2020. Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition, however, it is submitted that the trial Court may be directed to conclude the trial expeditiously. Dismissed as withdrawn.

The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously within a period of 03 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
