**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.155 dated 11.11.2019 registered under Sections 341/506/148/149 IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act at Police Station Dayalpura, District Bathina.

On 11.12.2019, following order was passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court:- "Status report dated 11.12.2019 has been filed in the Court today. The same is taken on record.

According to this report, Sarabjeet Singh @ Shambhu was holding a revolver in his hand at the time of occurrence. Further, as per aforementioned report, although the petitioners MOHMED ATIK 2020.01.31 18:17 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-50064-2019 took part in the incident leading to the registration of the FIR, there is no averment that they were also armed. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to join investigation with the Investigating Officer on 19.12.2019 at 10.00 a.m. and co-operate therewith. In the event of their arrest, they shall be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/SHO concerned subject to their joining the investigation and compliance of the provisions enshrined under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Adjourned to 31.01.2020."

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Malkeet Singh submitted that in compliance of the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Petitioner is no more required in any further investigation of the case. In view of above, interim order dated 11.12.2019 is made absolute. Petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when directed to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Petition stands disposed of.
