A copy of the same has been furnished to learned counsel opposite. Learned State counsel has however, informed that the case of the petitioner for his premature release is under consideration and that decision shall be taken after the meeting of State Level Committee is convened.

In view of the aforestated position, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the authorities concerned to take a decision in the matter expeditiously.
