**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) The petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 119 dated 18.8.2018 under Sections 307, 452, 323, 506, 34 IPC registered at Police Station Dayalpura, District Bathinda.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case and in fact the petitioner was not present at the spot at the time of occurrence. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Gurjant Singh, submits that multiple injuries had been inflicted by the petitioner to complainant Hardeep Kumar by giving gandasa blows. The petitioner has given gandasa blows on the head of the complainant with an intention to kill him and the injuries on the person of the complainant were declared dangerous to life. As the petitioner had caused multiple injuries on the head of the GURPREET SINGH 2020.01.10 18:16 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh
CRM-M No. 50033 of 2019 -2complainant, which is a vital part of the body and the said injuries were declared as dangerous to the life, I find that no ground for grant of regular bail to the petitioner is made out.
