(Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing the impugned letter dated 08.10.2020 (Annexure P-12) vide which show cause notice was issued to the petitioner consequentially and to quash the orders dated 16.03.2021 (Annexure P-17) and 02.04.2021 (Annexure P-18). Further a writ of mandamus has been sought, directing the respondents to refund the recovered amount of Rs.1,93,255/- along with interest @ 18% p.a. Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.
