***** HARI PAL VERMA, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 438 CrPC is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0129 dated 11.10.2019 under Sections 498-A, 406 IPC registered at Police Station Amloh, District Fatehgarh Sahib.

Criminal Misc. No. M-50298 of 2019 -2Accordingly, the parties have appeared before the mediator and a settlement/compromise deed dated 06.02.2020 has been reduced into writing, which has been made part of record.

Counsel for the complainant does not dispute the compromise so arrived between the parties.

In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of, with a direction that the petitioner shall not arrested in the case in any manner unless a clear 15 days notice be given to him. The parties shall adhere to the terms and conditions of the settlement-compromise so arrived between them in letter and spirit.
