(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 is for quashing of FIR No. 12 dated 12.04.2024 under section 8, 12 of POCSO Act, read with sections 354, 452 I.P.C. registered at Women Police Station Ambala (Annexure P-1) and for quashing of the Challan/Police Report u/s 173 Cr.P.C. (Annexure P-2), whereby Sections 354, 452 IPC have been added against the accused and for quashing of all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of the Compromise Deed dated 01.10.2024 (Annexure P-3) arrived at between the parties. After arguing the matter for some time, when this Court is not inclined to interfere, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
