The instant petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to the official respondents No. 2 & 3 to take action on the representation dated 31.10.2023 (Annexure P-3) for protecting the life and liberty of the petitioners.

There is no evidence or appropriate instance mentioned in the instant petition to substantiate that the petitioners have any danger to their life and liberty. The representation which was made to the Superintendent of Police, Kurukshetra through ordinary post was made on 31.10.2023. At this early stage, without giving any chance to the police to act upon that, the petitioner straightway approached this Court.

Considering the above facts, this Court do not deem appropriate to interfere in this lis, as no cause of action arises so far. 4.

Dismissed.
