Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for releasing the vehicle No.PB05AK4892 on superdari or in the alternative directing Learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Zira, (for short 'SDJM, Zira') for deciding the application for superdari in case FIR No. 156 dated 25.09.2018 under Section 379 IPC, registered at Police Station Zira, District Ferozepur. Prayer of the petitioner seems to justified.

This petition is disposed off with a request to learned SDJM, Zira to decide the application of the petitioner for releasing the vehicle on superdari in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
