The petitioners through the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India are seeking setting aside of order dated 30.10.2023 (Annexure P-3) passed by respondents whereby the petitioners have not been allocated paddy in equal ratio and proportion. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners inter alia contends that respondents have discriminated with the petitioners while allocating paddy. The petitioners were allocated 800 MT and 600 MT respectively whereas other millers having same capacity have been allocated more paddy than the petitioners.

Learned State counsel, who on advance notice is present in Court, submits that in case the petitioners file a representation, the same would be decided expeditiously.
