The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 340 Cr.P.C. for holding an inquiry and to make a complaint to the concerned Magistrate against the respondents for committing offence under Sections 193, 196, 199 and 200 of IPC for forging signatures of the petitioner on the alleged compromise dated 19.09.2022 (Annexure P-2) and vakalatnama dated 12.09.2022 filed in CRM-M-44550-2022 in view of order dated 17.10.2023 (Annexure P-11) passed in CRM-M-44550-2022.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to avail any other remedy; but in accordance with law.
