The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.62 dated 06.11.2019 registered under Sections 498-A, 506, 376, 377, 34 IPC at Police Station WPS, Rewari.

By an order dated 26.11.2019 while issuing notice of motion, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner and directed him to join investigation.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from IO submits that petitioner has joined investigation. 4.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has joined investigation and custodial interrogation of the petitioner would not be required, the instant petition is allowed and the order dated 26.11.2019 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438

(2) Cr.P.C.
