HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is to quash the impugned order dated 20.10.2018 passed by learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Shahbad, in complaint case No.COMI/44/2018 titled as Hari Bhagat vs Mohinder Kaur and others.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. In view of the above submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
