The learned counsels appearing for the respondents No.2&3, and, for the respondent No.4, have filed their respective replies, which are taken on record.

During the course of arguments, a consensus has been arrived at between the petitioner and the respondents No.2 and 3 that, in the event of the petitioner applying for temporary electricity connection for the common area, the respondents No.2 and 3 will, without insisting for the occupation certificate but on completion of all other requisite formalities, provide temporary electricity connection to it. It would also be apt to record here that, a civil suit has also been filed by the respondent No.4, wherein, a declaration has been sought that, the petitioner be declared to be legally bound to maintain and to look after the day to day affairs of its Society.

In view of the consensus (supra), no further direction is required to be passed upon the instant writ petition. Hence, the instant writ petition is closed.
