(ORAL) Prayer in this petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is for issuance of directions to official respondents No. 1 and 2 to initiate proceedings under Section 216 and 217 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, against respondent No. 3 for filing repeated false and frivolous complaints against the petitioner; and for providing false affirmation and information to a public servant with intention to cause harm to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, he confines his prayer only qua issuance of a direction to respondent No. 3-Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar, to consider and decide his representation dated 04.10.2024 (Annexure P-6), in a time bound manner.
