(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of habeas corpus for the release of detenues as mentioned in para No.4 of the petition who are in illegal custody of respondent Nos.4 to 6 and also to appoint a warrant officer to locate the detenues at premises of Brick Industry Khushi Ram situated at Village Sahoti Police and Tehsil Kharkhoda District Sonepat (Haryana). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to withdraw the instant petition.
