(ORAL) Prayer in this 2nd petition under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (B.N.S.S.) is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 29 dated 27.01.2023 registered under Sections 363, 366A IPC (Section 376 (2)(N) and Section 6 of POCSO Act, added later on) at Police Station Cheeka, District Kaithal (Annexure P-1).

Custody certificate dated 27.10.2024 filed in Court today is taken on record, as per which, the petitioner has undergone the custody period of 1 year, 8 months and 24 days as an undertrial. After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to accord the benefit of regular bail to the petitioner; learned counsel submits that she may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, at this stage.
