***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) At this stage, the petitioner and his counsel submitted that the residue arrears to the extent of Rs.30,000/- due, till date, is being paid and the same has been received by the respondent.

In pursuance of making of aforesaid payment of arrears, at this stage, the petitioner and his counsel submit that they do not want to pursue with the instant petition and seek permission of the Court to withdraw the same. Ordered accordingly.
