Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for the grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.16 dated 26.02.2022, registered under Sections 302, 34 IPC (Sections 148, 149, 201 and 120-B IPC added later on) at Police Station Bahalgarh, District Sonepat, Haryana. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such on account of the fact that the petitioner has since been arrested on 28.01.2023. 3.
