NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) The present revision petition is filed against the order dated 14.11.2019 vide which application filed by the petitioner-plaintiff for early hearing has been dismissed. It is stated that while dismissing the application, observations have been made which have rendered the entire suit almost infructuous.

This Court has perused the impugned order. It is no doubt correct that the observations tantamount to dismissal of the suit itself. Accordingly, the order dated 14.11.2019 is set aside. The said observations shall have no bearing on the final outcome of the suit. At the same time, this Court finds no ground to pre-pone the date of hearing. Dismissed.
