Mr. Ashish Sindher, Advocate for the appellants. Mr. Vinod Gupta, Advocate for the Insurance Company. ***** As agreed, as per statements of learned counsel for the appellants, learned counsel and representative of the respondent-Insurance Company (separately recorded), a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty five thousand only) over and above the amount awarded by the Tribunal is allowed to the appellants in full and final settlement of the claim in this appeal. During Lok Adalat, while arriving at a settlement, the interest of all the parties especially the minors is paramount. Accordingly, we dispose of this case with a direction to the Insurance Company to deposit a crossed-cheque for Rs.12,500/- in the name of appellant No.

1-Pushpa Rani (wife) with the office of Lok Adalat of the High Court within a period of two months in compliance of this order, failing which, interest @ 9% per annum shall follow on this amount from the date of this order till payment. The remaining amount of Rs.12,500/- in equal shares i.e. Rs. 6,250/- each be deposited in the shape of two separate FDRs in the names of appellant Nos.2 and 3 (Minors), which shall be payable to them on their attaining majority.
