RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in complaint case No.167 dated 10.10.2013 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sri Muktsar Sahib, wherein he has been declared proclaimed offender vide order dated 19.09.2016 (Annexure P-2).
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of order dated 27.12.2018, petitioner appeared before the trial Court and has been released on interim bail, which fact is not disputed by learned State counsel.
In view of above, order dated 27.12.2018 is made absolute. Disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to contest RAVINDER SINGH 2019.02.12 09:53 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document proclamation proceedings and raise all the pleas, which have been raised in
