Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of appropriate directions to official respondents not to harass petitioner and his family members or to transfer inquiry/investigation in complaint dated 03.09.2019 (Annexure P-3) moved by respondent No. 5, in consultation with his close friend-respondent No. 4, received by UT Police vide Diary No. PW201917028 dated 09.09.2019 to some senior police official/officer at Mohali or some other independent agency beyond UT Chandigarh.

Learned State counsel submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous, in view of withdrawal of complaint (Annexure P-3) by complainant-respondent No. 5, filed against the petitioner. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
