However, despite repeated requests legal representatives of the petitioner are not coming forward to get themselves impleaded. He prays that the present revision petition may be dismissed for non-prosecution in the absence of any instructions. In view of the above, the present revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
