Petitioners seek grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case bearing FIR No.318 dated 04.10.2019 under Sections 379-B, 341, 34 IPC registered at Police Station Talwandi Sabo, District Bathinda. CRM-M No. 50085 of 2019 -2Thereafter, vide order dated 14.07.2021, petitioners were again directed to appear before the Investigating Officer to join the investigation for the reason that though the police has prepared a cancellation report and the same has also been approved by the office of Senior Superintendent of Police, but still the petitioners were required to join the investigation. Today, learned State counsel submits that an untraced report has already been submitted to the Court and the petitioners have joined the investigation to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer.

In view of aforesaid position, orders dated 26.11.2019 and 14.07.2021 are hereby made absolute. Disposed of.
