(ORAL) This revision is directed against the order dated 15.11.2019 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Faridabad vide which the petitioner was directed to deposit the amount of Rs. 5,62,500/- i.e. approximately 25% of the compensation within 30 days from the date of the order. Mr. Deepender Singh, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent and filed his memo of appearance which is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the respondent has relied upon the judgment of the Apex Court in Surinder Singh Deswal and others versus Virender Gandhi and another 2020 SCC Online SC 18 decided on 8.1.2020, whereby it has been held that the condition of depositing 25% of compensation amount is valid one and in case of non-compliance of the said order, the order granting bail can be vacated.
