(ORAL) Prayer in this 1st petition under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 102 dated 07.06.2023 registered under Sections 376 (2)(n) and 506 IPC, Section 4 of POCSO Act and Section 66E/67A/67B of I.T. Act at Police Station Women Police Station, Rewari, Haryana (Annexure P-1). Custody certificate dated 28.10.2024 filed in Court today is taken on record, as per which, the petitioner has undergone the custody period of 1 year, 4 months and 20 days as an undertrial. After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to accord the benefit of regular bail to the petitioner; learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, at this stage.
