Petitioner has filed this petition seeking directions to the respondents to rectify the date of offer of possession of petitioner's Plot No.1082-E, Sector 52, Gurugram to 23.06.2020 instead of 26.06.2019; with a further prayer to pay him interest @ 9 % per annum, as per the Policy (P.14) on account of delay in handing over the possession of the plot to him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 03.08.2020 (P.11) addressed to the Chief Administrator, HSVP-respondent No.2 in this regard but despite a lapse of more than one year and four months, no decision has been taken thereon. He states that the petitioner would be content if the representation filed by the petitioner is considered and decided within some time frame.

Without commenting anything upon the merits of the claim of the petitioner, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the Chief Administrator, HSVP-respondent No.2 to look into representation dated 03.08.2020 (P.11) and take appropriate action, according to law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months.
