The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No. 63 dated 20.06.2018 under Section 363, 366-A and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Fattu Dhingra, District Kapurthala and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been acquitted vide order dated 10.03.2023 passed by Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kapurthala.

In light of the above, nothing survives in the present petition and hence, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. 4.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
