Instant second petition has been filed by the petitioner - Major Singh @ Painter, for seeking regular bail in case FIR No.56, dated 11.05.2023, registered u/s 302, 379-B, 341, 511, 34, 201 of IPC, lodged at P.S. Amargarh, District Malerkotla.

I have gone through the order dated 10.03.2025, passed by the Coordinate Bench (N.S. Shekhawat, J.) in CRM-M-63384-2024 (O&M), titled as, "Major Singh @ Painter v. State of Punjab" (P-5), vide which, said first bail petition of the petitioner was dismissed by passing a detailed order. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner (in CRM-M-50269-2025) contends that complainant-eyewitness has already been examined before the trial Court, and as per his deposition, petitioner - Major Singh @ Painter, has not played any active role, except of being present on the spot with motorcycle JAWALA RAM 2026.01.27 19:04 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not wish to press the present regular bail petition, at this stage. 5.

Petition is disposed of, same being not pressed, at this stage. Pending misc. application(s), if any, also stand(s) disposed of. CRM-M-55317-2025 1.

Instant second petition has been filed by the petitioner - Mohammad Rafi @ Rafi, for seeking regular bail in case FIR No.56, dated 11.05.2023, registered u/s 302, 379-B, 341, 511, 34, 201 of IPC, lodged at P.S. Amargarh, District Malerkotla.

I have gone through the order dated 10.03.2025, passed by the Coordinate Bench (N.S. Shekhawat, J.) in CRM-M-45539-2024, titled as, "Mohd. Rafi alias Rafi v. State of Punjab" (P-3), vide which, said first bail petition of the petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn, at that stage. 3.

Allegation against the petitioner - Mohd. Rafi alias Rafi, is of causing knife injuries to the deceased, therefore, I do not find any substantial reason to consider the plea of regular bail.

Since, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner - Mohd. Rafi alias Rafi, in the interest of justice, adjourned to 28.01.2026. To be shown in the urgent list.
