BHARDWAJ , J (ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 528 read with Section 467 of BNSS, praying to order the sentence awarded to the petitioner in case No.RBT No.454 of 2021 under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act as well as in criminal complaint No.RBT-141 of 2011 under Sections 420,406,409 IPC to run concurrently in terms of Section 467 of BNSS. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to avail of any other alternative remedy, as per law at appropriate stage, if so advised.
