Seeking direction to respondent Nos.1 to 4 to submit status report of total 28 FIRs as mentioned in para 11 of the petition, registered against respondent Nos.5 and 6convicts, the petitioners had come up before this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent Nos.5 and 6 are absconding, police is not taking any action against these respondents nor any special efforts are being made to nab them. He further submits that petitioner is complainant against them and he has no idea about the status of FIR registered by police, action taken by them. 3.

Notice served upon the official respondent through State counsel. The nature of order this Court proposes to pass, no response from the State is required. 2.

Although the prayer made is not clear, however, in the entirety of facts and circumstances of the present case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the State to hand over a copy of record /status pertaining to FIR filed against respondent Nos.5 and 6 detailed in para No.11 of the petition to the petitioner within a period of 60 days.
