The petitioner who is mother of a daughter namely Komal aged 22 years has come up before this Court for issuance of writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for issuing direction to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to produce her daughter. 2.

State counsel has handed over a copy of statement made by the petitioner in which she herself has stated that her daughter has left the home on her own wish and the same is taken on record.
