(Oral) The State counsel has brought to the notice of this Court that impugned FIR has already stands quashed vide order date 13.8.2021 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CRM-M-32738-2020 and submits that resultantly the present petition has been rendered infructuous. The copy of order dated 13.8.2021 has been supplied, which is taken on record. Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has not refuted the fact regarding passing of order dated 13.8.2021 and that the impugned FIR has already been quashed.

In view of the above, present petition stands dismissed being rendered infructuous.
