The instant petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 (corresponding Section 439 of Cr.P.C.), for grant of regular bail to the petitioner - Sandeep Kumar, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 109 and 351(2) of BNS, 2023 and 25 of Arms Act, 1959, in FIR No. 373, dated 05.08.2025, registered at Police Station Zirakpur, District SA Nagar (Moahli). 2.

At the outset, learned State counsel has filed the status report dated 04.12.2025 in Court today, which is taken on record. Office to tag the same at appropriate place. A copy thereof has been handed over to the counsel for the petitioner.

As per allegations, in the incident which took place on 05.08.2025, three injuries were suffered by one injured, namely, Ravi, and JAWALA RAM 2026.02.25 18:13 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CRM-M-49962-2025 (O&M) - 2 - four injuries were suffered by another injured, namely, Suresh. Said injuries were caused by firearm and were opined to be dangerous to life. 4.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of instant petition, at this stage. 5.

Dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
