(ORAL) The present first petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.436 dated 28.10.2020, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 406 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Kotwali, Faridabad, District Faridabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 15.12.2022, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Ishwar Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for further investigation.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed. Interim order dated 15.12.2022, passed by this Court, is made absolute.
