Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that the cross-case stands registered on 21.07.2025, for which reference is made to para 3 of the status report dated 02.12.2025 filed by way of affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Ajnala, District Amritsar (Rural) and 9 accused have been nominated. Further, submits that the investigation shall be supervised by the Superintendent of Police (D), Ajnala, which satisfies learned counsel for the petitioner.
