By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer is made for quashing of order dated 01.06.2019 passed by the Ld. JMIC, Panipat, whereby the present petitioner has been declared a proclaimed person in complaint bearing No-NACT 0002920 of 2018, dated 10.09.2018, titled as "Andhra Bank Versus Davinder Kumar" filed before the Ld. JMIC Panipat.

Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that the petitioner having stands convicted by the judgment dated 27.03.2023, passed by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Panipat.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
