Learned counsel has also submitted that, since the main case already stands decided by the trial Court, the main revision petition pending before this Court has become infructuous.

Keeping in view the totality of the facts and circumstances of the lis, the application in hand as also the main case (which is fixed for hearing for 4.12.2024), is dismissed as having become infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
