Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.0090 dated 30.10.2022 (P-1), under Sections 379-B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Khuhi Khera, District Fazilka, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 09.10.2023 (P-2), entered into between the parties i.e. petitioners as well as respondent No.2. 2.

Learned counsel, after arguing for some time, on instructions from the petitioners, wishes to withdraw the instant petition, at this stage. 3.

Ordered accordingly.
