(Oral) The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.3 to replace the old bus with vehicle No.PB-05-C-9909 on permit No.205/Reg/RTA/F/FZR/2003 of the petitioner from Ferozepur to Mallawala via Attari Harike Katora route.

Precisely, for the claim in question, the petitioner has already represented before the respondent No.3 by way of representation dated 30.06.2022, but the same has not been considered so far.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied in case his JYOTI SHARMA 2022.12.14 17:51 I attest to the authenticity and accuracy of this order/judgment

CWP No. 28776 of 2022 -2representation dated 30.06.2022 is directed to be decided by the competent authority/ respondent No.3 by passing a speaking order in accordance with law at the earliest. Notice of motion.
