Through this petition, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.88 dated 25.09.2019, registered under Sections 336, 148, 149 IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, at P.S. Ramdas, District Amritsar Rural, Punjab.

Vide order dated 05.08.2021 passed by this Court, the order dated 26.11.2019 granting interim bail to the petitioners, was made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. Vide order dated 16.07.2021 passed by this Court, the Investigating Officer was directed to go through the affidavit dated 08.07.2021 filed by Gurpreet Singh son of Sukhdev Singh and to file his affidavit.

In pursuance of the order dated 16.07.2021, the affidavit of Investigating Officer, Incharge, Police Post Gaggomahal, Police Station Ramdas, District Amritsar Rural, has been filed in the Court today. The same is taken on record.
