(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C for issuance of directions to the official respondents to look into the representation dated 26.8.2019 (Annexure P-2) in a fair, impartial and expeditious manner and take necessary action against the private respondents.

Heard.

The petitioner has also filed a suit for permanent injunction on the same cause of action which is pending before the Civil Court. FIR No. 82 dated 20.11.2019 under Sections 323, 342, 384, 506, 34 IPC has also been registered against the petitioner at Police Station Talwara, District Hoshiarpur.

Finding no merit in the present petition, the same is hereby dismissed.
