(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 438 CrPC is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.1043 dated 27.08.2019 under Sections 148, 149, 323, 506, 452, 427, 354, 354-B IPC (Section 354-A being deleted and Section 354-B IPC added later on) registered at Police Station City Jagadhri, District Yamuna Nagar. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 29.11.2019 of this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sushma Rani, does not dispute the aforesaid fact and submits that the custody of the petitioner is no more required.

Criminal Misc. No. M-50731 of 2019 -2I have heard learned counsel for the parties. Considering the fact that the petitioner has joined investigation and her custody is no more required, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 29.11.2019 is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when directed by the investigating agency and shall abide by the terms and conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
