(oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that a statement has been recorded by petitioner No.1 submitting therein that she has no threat from the accused persons of the FIR No.18 dated 11.03.2023 registered under Sections 406, 417, 494, 498-A and 120-B of IPC at Police Station Patara, District Jalandhar Rural.

In view of the submissions so made learned counsel for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of the petition. Hence, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
