(Oral) Learned State counsel has filed status report dated 08.01.2025 relevant whereof reads as under:- "5.That on completion of the investigation, the cancellation report has been filed in the Learned Court of Area Magistrate, Hodal, Palwal on 27.06.2024. Now the investigation stands completed.

Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition in hand with liberty to file a protest petition before the concerned Magistrate.
