(ORAL ) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in F.I.R. No.530 dated 11.11.2018, under Sections 323, 498-A and 406/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Kundli, District Sonipat.

Vide order dated 31.12.2018, the petitioner was granted interim bail subject to his furnishing personal bonds and surety to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. Thereafter, the matter was referred to the Mediator.

CRM-M-64751-2018 Vide order dated 16.7.2019, the parties were directed to appear before the Mediator to join mediation proceedings. Pursuant thereto, the parties have appeared before the Mediator. Report dated 16.7.2019, along with settlement/agreement has been received from the Mediation Centre wherein the parties have settled the dispute.

In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the order dated 31.12.2018, is hereby made absolute. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
