The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under article 226/227 of the Constitution of India with a prayer that this Hon'ble Court may issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release the arrears of difference of Over Time Allowance to the petitioners in unrevised and revised pay scales for the period from 01.01.2016 to 31.10.2016 along with interest thereon as the payment of Over-Time allowance has been restricted w.e.f 01.11.2016. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner claims parity with the other similarly situated employee namely, Rajbir Singh, who has been granted the said benefit vide order dated 20.12.2024 passed by this Court in CWP No.34856-2024. 3.

It is evident from the perusal of order dated 07.04.2025 passed by the General Manager, Haryana Roadways, Kurukshetra that similar benefit has been extended to 70 other employees.

Considering the nature of claim and taking note of the fact that the petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 04.06.2025 (Annexure P3), respondent No.3-General Manager, Haryana Roadways, Kurukshetra is directed to decide the representation dated 04.06.2025 (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner by passing a speaking order in terms of order dated 20.12.2024 passed by this Court in CWP No.34856-2024 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. Copy of which shall be furnished to the petitioner within one week thereafter.
