The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.60 dated 24.05.2018 registered under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Kulgari, District Ferozepur.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim direction granted vide order dated 31.12.2018, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned counsel appearing for the State of Punjab, being instructed by ASI Baljinder Singh, has not disputed the fact regarding petitioner's joining the investigation.
