RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.03 dated 07.01.2022, under Sections 406,420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC registered at Police Station West, Sector-11, Chandigarh. Fresh power of attorney furnished on behalf of the petitioner in the Court, is taken on record.

Vide order dated 12.11.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant YAG DUTT 2026.01.28 10:57 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M No.50097 of 2025 -2to order dated 12.11.2025, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such her interim bail may be made absolute.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2-complainant has vehemently opposed the contentions made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of UT, Chandigarh has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and she is no more required for further investigation.

In view of the above, interim order dated 12.11.2025 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) BNSS.

Petition stands allowed.
